The course is designed to help you achieve long term success with the management of your weight and lifestyle changes. It will cover understanding food groups, setting goals, apses, psychology, diet choices, alcohol, physical activity and long term change. It will give support and understanding and the forum will be a venue to swap ideas, meet ike minded people and express your views. Club Diet Plate will be ever evolving and as a club we will listen to and try to meet the requests of our members to develop the club into a haven for people with the desire to change their lives. |
