Can anyone give me advice on children using the plate?? My little girl is almost 6 but her weight is creeping up... She tends to want to snack alot and does eat too much junk! ( Bad mother! I was the same) I dont want her to eat up being another satistic of an overweight child! And on the other hand I dont want her to start to worry about her weight from a young age as that too can cause huge problems later on!! We have been talking about healthy choices and it is working, a trip to the mall yesterday lead to Mcdonalds she asked for chicken nugget happy meal and instead of fries had a fruit bag! Baby steps! But it was something!!!!! Any Advice would be welcomed!!
