Hi everyone, I received my plate and bowl about 15 minutes ago, I've flicked through the book, and looked at a few posts on here.
I'm all set to start with this evening's meal.
I have lost weight before, and have noticed my weight creeping back. I went from a size 22 to a size 14 (and even got into some 12s), last year, but the 14s are beginning to feel too tight. I threw all my 'big' clothes away, so I refuse to buy any more... got to get that extra weight off.
I'm due to do a (walking) marathon in 107 days time.... so I'm hoping the training for that, combined with the diet plate, will help me to shed those extra pounds in no time.
I noticed you did have a weigh-in topic, which seems to have stopped. Could we reintroduce it, I think it would help me if I knew I had to be answerable to you lot!
Also a recipe section would be grand
Also, where is the 8 week programme?
