To answer your question on drinks, you can have a half pint milk allowance each day, so there should be enough to put milk in your tea and coffee if you desire. Being ex-WW at a guess I am thinking you do not take sugar in your drinks - at 25 calories a teaspoon they can soon add up. And, to start with make up the pan of pure free veggie soup to have as a starter before your main meal - it will really help you adjust to the plate in the first week.
