having had an over active thyroid and being trimmer shall I say for a year, I was put on medication which made it go under active and shoot up in weight. Does any one else have this problem and find it difficult to loose weight?
This is where my allergies started. Has anyone managed to loose weight and keep it off?

Hi Denise, I have an underactive thyroid and it is a real pain trying to keep weight off. The TS3 or is that TS4 level criteria before you went on thyroxine use to be between 11 and 24, now they have lowered the criteria to 7, and 9 is considered to be in the normal range. You can take kelp as a extra bit of help, it is reported to make a difference and as it is homeopathic, maybe Google it and see what the experts say.
