Hi

Lost a pound this week starting weight was 12stone 5 pounds now weigh 11stone 12 pounds so really pleased, measuring my milk and not eating quite so much fruit this week has paid off, got a couple of meals out booked this weekend so will have to try and order healthy options not always so easy at some restuarants.

Good luck everyone,

Debbie

Hello All...
Ok weigh in this week a gain of 2lbs :o(... But... to be honest I havent used the plate and I spent the weekend out winning and inning pretty much every day, oh and there was a couple of bottles of champaigne thrown in for good measure...

Will definately have to get this sorted... I am getting to the point where i hate my body again... :o(

HI All,

Weighed in today and lost 2 lbs this week. I was expecting more due to an active exercise regime and just finished TOTM so water retention gone.

Hi All,

I weighed in last Saturday and stayed the same. It is starting to get me down and I am going to lose motivation. I have done 5 days of exercise each week for the last two weeks and food has been controlled.

So now what?

Re:Weekly Weigh In! 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 2
HI Kay,

Thanks for that. I don't think I will be able to as my schedule is a bit tight and the washing machine has packed up! Don't things happen in three's? !

Anyway the day is as recommended with a 300-400 calorie lunch with probably max 2 pieces of fruit a day as snacks. Fruit choices are wise (no high sugar content) and with variety (bananas once a week). Finally bread only once a day or not.....

Maybe I am building quite a bit of muscle and will take time to show on the scales but also its really humid here and I am doing alot of walking so body holding onto water though I am pumping in at least 2 litres min a day.

Thanks...

Hi Debbie,

You are doing really well, it is great when people start to comment isn't it? Even better when you put your jeans on and you need to hold them up with a belt - even better when you slide into a new smaller pair that fit you great. Then even better when your belt needs to hold the up the new pair too! LOL Great stuff keep going.

Hi Kay,

Thank you for your support, yes it definately makes you feel better when clothes fit better, I think it makes me also stand straighter which is better for my back and makes me take healthier choices when deciding what to eat which is always a good thing.

Also I recieved my melamine plate and bowl within 24 hours of ordering and was very impressed with the quality so no excuses now I can take my plate out for picnics and use at BBQs, good luck wich this new additon to your diet plates.

Hello all,
I started just over a week ago and despite my first week falling on that dreaded TOTM lost 2.5lbs. This week already i have lost the same amount and weigh in inst till Friday. So im very happy. Have tried every diet under the sun and to be honest am so fed up. Finding the diet plate really is a final attempt for me. Its great to read the testimonals as to be honest, its hard to imagine something so simple working.

As everyone says, its just a shame that there arent more people on the forum, thats was one of the things i loved about WW Forum is that there is always someone to chat with. But lets hope things get moving here.
