Well done every one. Kay I did loose a pound and I am being honest. when you get to 50 it is harder to loose more each week even though you cut down.
I have another pound to go then half stone gone. clothes feel lighter too.
Kay can you tell me roughly how many calories each band is on diet bowl as some of gluten wheat free cereals are hard to know how much to put in.

Happy dieting every one. Have a good day. well done Sassie

Hi Sass, The bowl will give a 200 calorie serving which includes a 1/4 pint of semi-skimmed milk. We did not test gluten free, however if you calculate 140 calories of the cereal you use in a scale, then tip into the bowl to see which line you can use for it. That will give you the right measure and you can do that for any new ceral you introduce or for one that is not on the list in the booklet.

Don't forget we actually allow 300 for breakfast so the cereal can be added to with some fruit, or a small banana.

Wow, that is so good, so what is the total amount of weight lost now? And, when you lose that last 3.5lbs please dont put your plate in the cupboard and return to a regular plate - use TDP Mon - Fri and then allow yourself to relax at weekends, returning to it on the following Monday. That way you will maintain your goal weight a lot esasier and cancel out the traditional yo-yo effect!

Thats really good, its working already! I am not sure why you have not received your plate yet, I will need to look into this for you, email sales@thedietplate.com with your order number and get them to chase it up.

When I started on Diet Plate I weighed 18 stone 3lbs and was a size 26, I lost 6 stones! And reduced to a size 14 hips and 16 bust, so keep going once you are into it then it becomes a second nature it also educates you and you will be so surprised how easy it is to manage your portions.
Best wishes

Hi,

Yes I would like to join in the weekly weigh in. I am a new member so really keen to do well. I weighed myself on Saturday and was 11.7. I want to lose a stone by the summer. Dont mind about the day I weigh, but will just post it when I do.

Good luck everybody.

Hi Catherine,

Welcome to the club, use your plate 7 days a week and you will be where you want to be and wearing what you want to wear by July at the latest. It works so well, please pass on your secret to your friends and if you face book, please can you join our fan base and then flirt it all out to your friends and ask them to join too? Many thanks K
