Having spoken to a few CDP'rs I thought it might be a good idea for us to start a weekly weigh in thread if it helps motivate you, feel free to post before and after pictures too!
Thursday is not a good day for me to weigh in because I usually go to the gym as soon as I get up and so would not have time to take the other measurements that I usually do. Friday would be better and of course is just before the weekend. Is there any chance of changing the weekly weighin to a Friday?
I weigh in on a Sunday morning but thought I'd post my weekly results here anyway.
This week I lost 4 Lb making my total 12Lb since Christmas.

That's brilliant Lainey. I haven't weighed for a couple of weeks as had some family issues that rather took over any spare brain space! However, will be on the scales on Thursday to see what damage two post-Christmas weeks of neglect have done - ooops!
Regarding which day we weigh-in, provided it's once each week I don't think it really matters, for the purposes of this thread. In fact, if people are weighing in on different days it will help to keep the thread more interesting.
I agree :o) As long as we weigh in once a week it really doesnt matter what day it is, and as such I will try and change the name of the thread to weekly weigh in :o)
oh yes the scales have started the downward slope
weighed in at 12.10.5 this morning a loss of 31/2 pounds.

Hi everyone. What happened to this weekly weigh-in then? Where are you all?
Having got back on track after my post-Christmas blip, I've lost five pounds this week(!!!!) and an inch off my waist, so now back down to 12st 2lbs. (Clearly, five pounds is far too much for one week, so I expect it will now settled down to one - two pounds each week; this week's huge loss is simply confirmation of how much I'd been overdoing it!)
My scales say i've gained this week but i thought i'd been realy good and stuck to the plan. Im trying not to get disheartened and keep going - hopefully all will correct itself in a week or two.
I am weighing in tonight after being sooooo good. I have also been writing EVERYTHING down so I know exactly what I have eaten. I am hoping for at least 2 lbs off. Will let you know tomorrow. Angela
