
Hello everyone.... I am just starting to use my diet plate as is my husband and 5 and 3/4 year old daughter! Confussed a bit with the childs plate though?! Got the protien and carbs bit, what are the rest for? ( Sorry if I sound daft!) But it is helping my daughter make healthy choices which was the aim!!! Hubby is a wee bit put off with how little carbs he is getting but i'm sure he'll be fine!!
Myself, I am loving it!!!! Lunch times are a killer though as I am terrible and dont tend to eat very much!!!!! I am aiming to lose 1 1/2 stone. Have been hitting the gym hard over the last 6months and have gone down 1 dress size, but havent dropped the weight, could it be not eating enough, who knows but will do my best to try and est more and the correct portions!!!!!!!
