Club Diet Plate

Having spent the last few weeks in the UK the weight has very quickly come back on. Must be something to do with the pasties for lunch! cant wait to get back to France and start using my Diet plate again

I have the same experience when I go back to the UK I always put on weight and haven't really been shifting it either.. The funny thing is that when I was in the UK I managed to maintain my weight in the same surroundings and foods.I left for Singapore and lost a bit which I hadn't done for a long time and since going back it has been creeping up. It's strange or complete abusement?

Anyway there is another member here who is newish and she lives in France.

Im in the VAR, about 10km from St Tropez, so its very very hot at the moment. But as you say its been a very weird year weatherwise. We have been hear for 16 1/2 years, has flown by. How about you?
How is it going with the DP, i had a great two weeks, but then have found it hard to stick to it. Am determined to try and get back on track. I find it hard to know what to take for lunch.

I'm yet another new member in France. I still go backwards and forwards to the UK to work (just on my way) but when I get back I am here for 5 weeks!
