Back on the plate 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Hi everyone I am back on the plate after putting some weight on. I am now very happily married to my second husband. I have gained weight but am now determined to loose it again. Both my husband and I take blood pressure tablets so we are both looking to eat more healthily. Steve is a window cleaner so he is already fit going up and down a ladder all day.

I have been looking at the forum and there are some interesting topics the snacking one is my problem at work as there is always someone bringing in cakes and biscuits.

Good look to everybody will keep you informed of my progress weekly!

Chrissy! Whoohoo Hello Mrs!

I am glad you're back and to inspire you look on the testimonial pages there is a lady there of the same name who looks absolutely fabulous in a claret coloured blouse which has a massive bulldog clip at the back of it gathering in all that extra material!

Remember that fun day and how utterly fablous you felt, you told me to get size 14 clothes for the shoot but you turned out to be a size 12! A bit of body dysmorphia going on there.

I know you can lose the weight gain - methinks you put away your diet plate and returned to your old crockery and you portion sizes just got bigger again, am I right?

There is not much I can teacdh you about diet plate as you are a bit of an expert - but there are lots of ladies on here who you could help, I know Sammy from Singapore is looking for a diet buddy, why not hook up with her, she skypes like you!

Anyway - so pleased to see you on here, i hardly ever FB and infrequant on Msg too as too much work on - we launched down under this week, Dr Ian Campbell went t do it all, TV Radio and met the Health Minister too! Speak soon. xx

Hello Chrissy,
How great to have someone on board with experience.
Ive had a good first couple of weeks, and no going down hill fast.... so any hints would be great.
Also if anyone has the courage to mark down an average weeks menus i would be really grateful. I loved WW but just got sick of all the planning. yes am being lazy, and if im honest i know that good planning saves snacking on rubbish, but hey ho.

Would love to hear from you Chrissy and any advice that you have.

Best
Tracey

Hiya Tracey

Don't beat yourself up and don't give up. Take it one week at a time and don't expect to loose the same weight each week. Measure yourself to see if you have lost inches. Set yourself small goals you can achieve. If you need a diet buddy then email me chrissyk1955@hotmail.com. I will try and send you some sample meals I have.

Chat again soon.

Take care

Chrissy
