........about sticking to your weight-loss plan?
Much of my work involves sitting at my desk in my home office, and I get the munchies whenever I am trying to complete a bit of work that is either hard or boring. What about you?

I think you need to look at your career, if you are getting bored at work then why not see if there is a new area you can move into that will re-spark your interest? There is nothing worse than being bored for the munchies, well apart from comfort eating I guess. Why not take a stock of your career, and plan a way to climb the ladder of challenge?
Meanwhile stock your desk draw or fridge if your office has one, with free veggie snacks and fruit, maybe the odd fat free yoghurt. Shape do a really nice one, totally fat free and really satisying.

As a therapist Im never bored but some times people can drain you and you do work odd hours. Do you have any hobbies? I munch these sometimes.
I find making low fat museli bars help. 100g Gluten free rice crispies/porridge oats. ,pumpkin seeds, sesamme seeds, sunflower seeds dried fruit.About 100grm each.
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tin 397g condensed milk
150g unsalted butter or marg.
this will last for a week if cut into small amounts
dont eat all in one go or leave out for the family as they will be gone . The chewin takes time and will keep you full.

Sass forgot to say oven gas 4 180
place seeds, oats into bowl.
put milk and butter in pan and simmer for 15 minutes till hot.
add to dry ingredients
line a tray or square baking tin
spoon into tin and bake for 20min.
