Club Diet Plate

hi all
just to let you all know ill be startin the diet plate again on the 6th march
had quite a few probs recently and dietin has been the last thing on my mind!
move into my own place on 3rd of march so ill have a couple of days to settle in, then get started (again) and finally get this weight off of me!

i got me wii and wii fit today so got that to hand!
i might have to start earlier than i said, feel so sluggish and horrible!

oh my gosh i have not stopped cryin tonight! i am so so sad!
i never thought i would have to leave home coz of family problems, i always thought my home was gonna be my home! cant believe soon someone else will be in my room ive grown up in!
mum is tellin me to wait until the house is sold but i do need to get out!
i thought this house would always be my home! why do things never happen the way u think they will!
last year was a crap enough year so i hope this year doesnt conitinue as the last one finished!!
anyway off to sleep coz have to pick keys up at 12! nite all xxxx

Hi Sass, Oh you would not believe what me an James have been up to - courses, courses and more courses, we are both really fired up and raring to go. Don't worry we will be on here a lot more often and hopefully you will start to see more of CDP when it launches in the Spring.

Hi Specialisa, I just typed a page to you and lost it! So as I was saying... I left home at 17yr and 2 weeks old after a row with my mum, I did not go back home for six months! I remember lying on my bed in my small bedsit, inconsolable tears thinking how I have been thrown out into the big wide world.

All of a sudden whether I ate or had a roof over my head was down to me, no one else would take responsibility for me - all very frightening.

After a few weeks (and I was still alive) I actually started to enjoy my freedom, it occured to me that I did not need my parents permission to do anything and my life took a shape all of its own.

I enjoyed living alone for 7 years! I had boyfriends, friends, parties, trips abroad, such an exciting and free time - and I worked hard, I paid for everything, I even took a second job in a pub for extra spending money. All in all I grew into a very independent and self sufficient woman. And today I am a confident, outgoing and as you know the creator of TDP so very brave independent woman. The song, "sisters are doing it for themselves" was a popular tune at the time.

So don't you worry, now is the time that you have your own life to live, your own decisions to make, your own room to grow - the world is yours. K x

what a joke, i havent moved out today as they have still not sorted things that needed doig in there. bit annoyed after they told me on the phone that it was all done! so im moving in on saturday now, fingers crossed! lol

Im a great believer in the law of attraction being positive and taking things as they come. Behind every thing there is a reason why things happen. Like I teach my students that worry is like being on a treadmill you never go anywhere. Try to put out that it will all be good and it will be.

I am getting to grips with CDP so hope this works!!!

Hope the move went ok, I know it is scary when life changes but my moto is always look for the positive, it has always worked for me in the end.

hi guys just to let u know im in, unfortunatley i have no hot water till monday but me shower works coz electric so its not too bad! lol
im gonna weigh self tomorrow and put tracker on, i am gonna finish slim fast and then have a diet plate meal, coz dont wanna waste what i have spent. plus it would help me this week coz totally skint so..
