hi all im back again, its been a while, going to dig out my book, refresh myself and start again on thursday!
desperately need to lose some weight again as have a holiday in september and going to mauritius for six months end of year, so hoefully i an lose a bit by then!
how has everyone been? is the 8 week course running yet?

hi all

i didnt really start till today but still goin to count it as 1st week. been hectic week what with race for life and birthdays etc.
my dress came, and i have to do alot of work to get into it, but before work tomorrow im going aerobics!
this is really the first day, i have felt so hungry all day...i had me cereal in morning, ive gone through a whole thing of grapes, an apple and a plum. i had my soup at about 3 and held the toast of till now. going to make a ham salad with new potatoes for dinner. plus i have nearly drunk two litres of water.
i have a headache and hungry will this pass? cant remember bein hungry before xx

Hmmm.... yeah the hunger and headache will pass, however, I dont remember being hungry the first time round on the plate either. I did experience it the second time round, but I think this was because I knew I was starting again and so stuffed myself in preperation! lol
