Q. Can I use my plate for a packed lunch?
A. Yes you can, use it as a measuring tool for correct size portions before transferring to a container. If you do have a good sized lunch though, we highly recommend you choose a light dinner. It is reccomended that you only eat 300-400 calories if female or 400-500 calories if a male for your lunch. A salad with a Diet Plate portion of protein and a slice of bread is reccomended.
